Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday in the morning. All orders received will leave the following morning, unless we advise you otherwise. Delivery takes from 1-4 days.
Free Delivery Criteria
All orders with a value of over $75 ship free within New Zealand. The checkout system will automatically sort this out for you.
Rural Deliveries
Lucky you for living somewhere picturesque! We don’t charge extra for rural deliveries but they do tend to take a few days extra.
International Orders
Currently we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. Australian customers: please note that ensuring our product will obtain customs clearance is your responsibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details for your order by email once it has left. All New Zealand orders are tracked, Australian orders are not tracked generally. If you are ordering from Aussie and want your order tracked, this requires an international courier. Send us an email info@sana-direct.co.nz for pricing there.
Returns
We will accept returns within 7 days of any faulty product. If you’ve ordered the wrong thing or made a mistake in your order, make contact within a week of receiving your product and we will work with you to resolve your situation.
